It's no wonder that the Japanese are researching the giant squid, although I think we already knew about the notorious sex life of giant squid (probably NSFW).

Anyway the real story is about a Robot from Asahi beer that can pour a beer for you. Gizmodo named it a "Beer Pouring Robot", but I prefer to call it the "Robot Pouring Beer". It is the Robot that's doing the pouring. I think.
I think this is more a novelty than a commercial device as most beer drinkers would be able to pour their own drinks. Although I can see a niche market in those dodgy cafe's where the waitresses have no clue how to pour a beer and end up giving you more head then actual beer :(.
